Procedure Innovative per Moduli Energeticamente efficienti ed Ecocompatibili

PR.I.M.E3  è un innovativo sistema costruttivo edilizio in fase di industrializzazione e commercializzazione per unità edilizie modulari aggregabili, sia verticalmente sia orizzontalmente. Il sistema è stato testato e prototipato durante i tre anni di ricerca sperimentale co-finanziati dal Ministero dell'Ambiente Italiano. 

Il sistema edilizio ha sviluppato  e sperimentato i singoli sottosistemi componenti un'unità edilizia modulare. Le scelte alla base del concept progettuale hanno visto l'integrazione tra aspetto formale e caratteristiche prestazionali dei sottosistemi, degli elementi bioclimatici e dell'orientamento. Il sistema edilizio è caratterizzato da alta efficienza energetica e  basso impatto ambientale degli elementi e dei materiali impiegati, sia in fase di produzione, sia in fase d'uso, nonché dalla riduzione dei costi in fase di trasporto e assemblaggio. 

Innovative Procedures for Energy-efficient and Eco-friendly Modular Buildings

PR.I.M.E3  is an innovative system constructive construction awaiting industrialization and commercialization for combinable modular building units, aggregated both vertically and horizontally. The system has been tested and prototyped during the three years of experimental research co-funded by the Italian Ministry for the Environment.

The building system has developed and tested the individual subsystems components modular building unit. The choices on the basis of the design concept saw the integration between formal aspect and performance characteristics of the subsystems, the bioclimatic elements and orientation. The building system is characterized by high energy efficiency and low environmental impact of the elements and materials used, both at the production stage, both in the stage of use, as well as by the reduction of costs in transport and assembly.
